Cloe Noel specializes in creating glamorous and unique, one-of-a-kind bridal weddings cuffs and bridal wedding clutches.  All my designs are vintage inspired to give you that romantic statement piece you have been looking for to wear on your wedding day.  Each piece is designed by hand selecting a vintage rhinestone brooch, rhinestone earrings, or vintage buttons.  Then the bridal cuff or clutches are embellished with beautiful rhinestone sequin trimmings.  All the vintage brooches are securely attached to an ornate filigree finding and then are designed onto either a brass or silver plated adjustable cuff. The bridal clutches are designed onto satin wedding clutches.  Each bridal cuff and clutch is a unique one-of-a-kind creation taking vintage jewels from the past and giving them a modern twist to wear as a gorgeous bridal accessory.
